Industries are taking full advantage of how freaky fast technology is advancing. The biggest downside to have a tech-savvy company is the loss of the personal touch. That's why Offerpad decided to completely shift their positioning to reflect their idea of that you shouldn't have to give up humanity when selling your home online.

To introduce the new brand, we created a manifesto-type video that helped Offerpad stand out as a completely different brand than anyone else in the online-home-selling industry.

We also worked very closely with the Head of Brand at Offerpad to develop the brand's new voice and personality.

What rebranding project would be complete without a style guide? I worked closely with my partner and Senior Art Director, Adam Garcia, to create the new rules of the brand.
